Coosa Valley Patient Satisfaction Reaches All-Time High
In September, the Emergency Department's patient satisfaction at Coosa Valley Medical Center reached an all-time high. Patients' satisfaction with their physicians reached 93.2%, compared to the previous high of 91.6%. Patient satisfaction for nursing also reached a record 91.4%. Overall patient satisfaction was 93.8%, a record for the CVMC emergency department and continues to trend steadily upward.
