Our standard compensation package is anything but standard.
Pegasus shares generously with all employees by providing excellent compensation and benefits for full-time employees:
- Initial compensation is 10-15% above the norm for the immediate region.
- Benefits package includes:
- Occurrence based malpractice
- Health insurance for you and your family, including both HSA and flex-spending accounts with generous employer contributions
- Disability insurance reimbursement ($3,000 annually)
- CME reimbursement ($4,000 annually)
- Salary increases guaranteed as patient volume grows or as the cost of living increases.

If you own it, you care more about every facet of operation. It’s as simple as that. That’s why all full-time Pegasus physicians have the opportunity to become owners and profit-shareres. Once you become an owner, you share in that practice’s profit and decision-making equally with the other partner physicians. Profit-sharing provides income in addition to the above compensation package.
